Shipping policy

We will ship items out as soon as possible, usually within two days.  You will receive a notice once your parcel has been shipped.  

Our shipping is a flat rate of $15 for purchases under $150.  We offer free shipping in Canada and the US for purchases over $150 CDN.

If the only items being shipped can fit in an envelope (such as stitch markers), we offer free, untracked shipping.

Local pickup is available in Oakville, Ontario.  If you would like to pick up locally, please contact us.
